Description：B7-33是一种人工设计的类似于H2 relaxin的多肽，使一条由27个氨基酸组成的多肽。B7-33通过优先与磷酸化丝裂原活化蛋白激酶胞外信号调节激酶，从而激活松弛素肽受体1的信号传导。在动物模型实验中可以得出B7-33可减轻心肌细胞死亡和内质网应激，保护心脏功能，对小鼠急性心肌损伤具有保护作用。同时B7-33在体外成纤维细胞、大鼠和小鼠体内纤维化模型中被证明能特异性结合松弛素受体RXFP1，并优先激活与抗纤维化作用相关的通路，而无副作用。

B7-33 is an artificially designed peptide similar to H2 relaxin, consisting of a 27 amino acid peptide. B7-33 activates the signal transduction of relaxin peptide receptor 1 by preferentially modulating kinase extracellular signaling with phosphorylated mitogen activated protein kinase. In animal model experiments, it can be concluded that B7-33 can alleviate myocardial cell death and endoplasmic reticulum stress, protect cardiac function, and have a protective effect on acute myocardial injury in mice. Meanwhile, B7-33 has been shown to specifically bind to the relaxin receptor RXFP1 in vitro fibroblast, rat, and mouse fibrosis models, and preferentially activate pathways associated with anti fibrotic effects without any side effects.
