Applications:

1). Increase thickness of detergent.

2). Inhibitor of the redisposition of greases in the fabric after wash.

3). Control agents against recontamination of washing powder

Adding CMC in detergent has function of preventing re-deposition of dirt. The working principle is that negatively charged dirt granule and charged CMC molecular absorbing on fabrics has mutual electrostatic repulsion. Besides, CMC can effectively thicken washing slurry or soap lye, can stabilize structure of finished detergent.
