It can target the immunological basis of Graves' disease and is expected to become the first modified innovative therapy for treating Graves' disease in 60 years. In clinical practice, ATX-GD-59 has good safety and tolerability in the treatment of Graves' disease, and can occasionally promote normal levels of thyroid hormone receptor (TSHR) antibodies.
