名称	Lacto-N-tetraose
描述	Lacto-N-tetraose is a core component of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) and is a tetrasaccharide composed of galactose, N-acetylglucosamine, and glucose. Lacto-N-tetraose exhibits a variety of biological activities, including prebiotic effects, immunomodulatory effects, anti-inflammatory effects, regulation of intestinal cell responses, as well as antibacterial and antiviral activities. Lacto-N-tetraose is widely used in infant formula, functional foods, and biomedical research.
体外活性	方法：人外周血淋巴细胞（HPBL）加入Lacto-N-tetraose (250, 500, 1,000, 2,000 μg/mL)，处理3 h或20 h，胞质分裂阻断法，计算CBPI和微核率。结果：Lacto-N-tetraose 无致染色体断裂或非整倍体作用。[1]
体内活性	方法：新生Sprague-Dawley大鼠从PND 7开始经口灌胃Lacto-N-tetraose (1,000, 2,500, 4,000 mg/kg/day)，每日1次，持续90天。结果：Lacto-N-tetraose最高剂量4,000 mg/kg/day（最大可行剂量）未见任何不良效应。[1] 方法：BALB/c雌性小鼠腹腔注射洛哌丁胺 (10 mg/kg)构建便秘模型，然后口服灌胃Lacto-N-tetraose (450 mg/kg)，每日1次，持续14天。结果：Lacto-N-tetraose 有效改善胃肠动力、改善排便。[2]
