描述	Imipramine (Dimipressin) is an orally active Fascin1 inhibitor with antidepressant and antitumor activity.Imipramine inhibits the 5-hydroxytryptamine transporter (IC50: 32 nM), induces apoptosis, and induces autophagy in U-87MG glioma cells.Imipramine has neuroprotective and immunomodulatory activities, inhibits TNT, and is used to label brain blood vessels.Imipramine is a neuroprotective and immunomodulatory compound. Imipramine has neuroprotective and immunomodulatory activities, inhibits invasion and migration of TNBC cells, and can be used to study breast cancer and epilepsy.
体外活性	在 DLD-1、HCT-116 和 SW-480 细胞系中，Imipramine（0.5-300 μM;3 天）能够抑制细胞存活率，其中 HCT-116 对其更为敏感，而比 DLD-1 和 SW-480 敏感[1]。
体内活性	在被暴露于重复社交挫败（RSD）和家庭笼控制（HCC）的雄性 C57BL/6 小鼠（6-8 周龄）中，Imipramine（20 mg/kg或 15 mg/kg;腹腔注射或口服，每天持续 24 天）能够逆转 RSD 引起的社交回避行为，显著增加相互作用时间，并显著降低了大脑微胶质细胞中 IL-6 的应激诱导 mRNA 水平[4]。
