名称	Rosmarinic acid
描述	Rosmarinic acid (Labiatenic acid) is widely found in plants and has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial activities. It inhibits MAO-A, MAO-B, and COMT with IC50 of 50.1, 184.6, and 26.7 μM respectively.
细胞实验	Rosmarinic acid (RA) is dissolved in DMSO and stored, and then diluted with appropriate media before use[2]. Human keratinocytes (HaCaT cells) are treated with Rosmarinic acid (0.625, 1.25, 2.5, or 5 μM) and exposed to UVB radiation 1 h later. They are then incubated at 37°C for 48 h. At this time, MTT is added to each well to obtain a total reaction volume of 200 μL. After 4 h incubation, the supernatant is removed by aspiration. The formazan crystals in each well are dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO; 150 μL), and the absorbance at 540 nm is measured on a scanning multi-well spectrophotometer[2].
体外活性	Rosmarinic acid (RA) 在体外展现出一种多功能特性，包括抗氧化效果，以及抑制单胺氧化酶（MAO-A 和 MAO-B）和儿茶酚-O-甲基转移酶（COMT）。具体而言，Rosmarinic acid 对羟基（HO(•)）和一氧化氮（NO）自由基表现出抗氧化作用（分别具有29.4 μM 和 140 μM 的IC50），并且能够抑制脂质过氧化（IC50 为19.6 μM）[1]。此外，Rosmarinic acid (RA) 通过清除由UVB引起的细胞内ROS，发挥显著的细胞保护作用。在用Water2处理的细胞中，2.5 μM Rosmarinic acid 可清除60%的细胞内ROS[2]。
体内活性	Rosmarinic acid(RA)是广泛存在于植物中的酚酸酯类化合物，尤其是在唇形科草本植物中，如迷迭香、丹参和夏枯草。Rosmarinic acid通过同时抑制NF-κB和STAT3的激活，在DSS(磺酸钠)诱导的小鼠中抑制结肠炎症。在DSS诱导的结肠炎模型中，Rosmarinic acid(30, 60mg/kg，p.o.)的处理显著减轻了细胞因子的产生[3]。
