名称	Limaprost
描述	Limaprost (17α,20-dimethyl-δ2-PGE1) is an analog of PGE1 with structural modifications intended to give it a prolonged half-life and greater potency.It is a potent and orally active vasodilator. Limaprost increases blood flow and inhibits platelet aggregation. Limaprost (17α,20-dimethyl-δ2-PGE1) can be used for pain relief, has antianginal effects, and has potential for ischaemic symptoms treatment.
体外活性	Limaprost通过浓度依赖方式抑制IL-1介导的神经生长因子诱导（IC50：70.9 nM human IVD cells）[3]。
体内活性	PGE1和Limaprost展现了一种新颖的药理作用，能够抑制人类IVD细胞中的NGF表达，而其他前列腺素则对NGF表达具有不同的调控效果。在日本，Limaprost已被用于治疗腰椎管狭窄患者，并证实有效缓解症状。Limaprost通过口服，在相同或更低剂量下抑制了由ADP和胶原蛋白输注在豚鼠中引起的血小板聚集、粘附性、出血时间和血小板减少症，和抗压力素引起的ECG ST段降低。Limaprost通过冠状动脉内注射（1-100 ng/kg）在犬只中显著增加冠状血流，而不影响心率、血压、心肌耗氧量和氧化还原电位。口服Limaprost超过100 mg/kg，能缓解大鼠心电图中由抗压力素引起的ST段降低。Limaprost通过静脉注射（1-3 mg/kg）降低狗的冠状动脉大、小血管的阻力 [1]。
