描述	Cefotetan (Apacef) Sodium (ICI-156834, YM-09330) is a second-generation cephalosporin, cephamycin antibiotic that is active against a wide range of both aerobic and anaerobic gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Cefotetan binds to penicillin-binding proteins and disrupts the cell wall synthesis.
