描述	2-Oxobutanoic acid (alpha-Ketobutyric Acid) is a product of the lysis of cystathionine. It is also one of the degradation products of threonine. It can be converted into propionyl-CoA, and thus enter the citric acid cycle.
体内活性	Brequinar sodium (10-20 mg/kg/day) 处理的小鼠与未经处理的BALB/c小鼠相比，其红细胞压积百分比降低了31%。同时，Brequinar sodium 使骨髓细胞中的UTP和CTP水平分别下降了30%和25%。
