Description：短杆菌肽A是由短芽孢杆菌产生的一种抗生素，为线状十五肽，N端甲酰化封闭氨基，C端是醛基。短杆菌肽A能够杀死某些微生物．两个短杆菌肽A分子从膜两侧相对插入可形成穿膜通道，提高生物膜对某些一价阳离子的通透性，使这些物质顺浓度梯度通过细胞膜，不过短杆菌肽A并不显著提高运输速度。研究显示短杆菌肽A能抑制T7噬菌体DNA的转录，抑制膜结合的表皮腺苷酸三磷酸酶活性和体外阻抑人淋巴细胞转化。在大鼠动物模型中能延长心脏移植存活率。

Gramicidin A is an antibiotic produced by Bacillus subtilis, which is a linear pentapeptide with N-terminal formylation blocking amino group and C-terminal aldehyde group. Short peptide A can kill certain microorganisms. Two short peptide A molecules can be inserted relative to each other from both sides of the membrane to form transmembrane channels, improving the permeability of the biofilm to certain monovalent cations, allowing these substances to pass through the cell membrane in a concentration gradient. However, short peptide A does not significantly improve transportation speed. Studies have shown that short peptide A can inhibit the transcription of T7 bacteriophage DNA, inhibit membrane bound epidermal adenosine triphosphatase activity, and inhibit human lymphocyte transformation in vitro. It can prolong the survival rate of heart transplantation in rat animal models.
