About:
The natural mineral of zinc phosphate is called "paraphosphate zinc ore", there are two types of α-type and β-type. Its use: as phenolic, epoxy, alkyd and other coating base material, pigment, chlorinated rubber and organic polymer material flame retardant, as a chemical reagent, medicine used as a preservative, astringent and tooth cement.
Preparation:
Zinc phosphate is insoluble in water or ethanol, but soluble in dilute acid, ammonia and ammonium salt solutions. Zinc phosphate can be obtained by reacting a solution of phosphoric acid with zinc oxide, or by reacting trisodium phosphate with zinc sulfate.
Production method:
In the zinc oxide method, the diluted 15% phosphoric acid solution is added into the reactor, and the zinc oxide slurry with a concentration of about 20% is slowly added under agitation to produce zinc phosphate. The temperature is kept below 30℃, and the zinc phosphate dihydrate crystal seeds are added, heated to 80℃ under the condition of Ph 3, and then filtered, washed in hot water, crushed and dried at 90℃. The finished zinc phosphate dihydrate was prepared. The 2H3PO4+3ZnO→Zn3(PO4)22H2O+H2O complex decomposition method adds trisodium phosphate solution to the reactor, slowly adds zinc sulfate solution under stirring, and carries out the complex decomposition reaction at 70 ~ 80℃. After the complete reaction, it is filtered and rinsed with water to remove sulfate ions, and then crushed and dried at 120℃. The finished zinc phosphate dihydrate was prepared. It is 3ZnSO4+2Na3P04→Zn3(PO4)2+3Na2SO4
