Physical and chemical properties: zinc dihydrogen phosphate, chemical formula Zn(H2PO4)2·2H2O. Molecular weight 295.38. White triclinic or white solidified material. It has deliquescence. It is stable in air at room temperature and decomposes in water at 100℃. Contains high free acid, is highly corrosive. Preparation method: The reaction of phosphoric acid and zinc oxide at 100 ~ 120℃, concentration, cooling crystallization, solid-liquid separation and preparation of zinc dihydrogen phosphate crude. Uses: Zinc dihydrogen phosphate in electroplating industry can be used for anti-corrosion coating of ferrous metals (its performance is better than manganese dihydrogen phosphate), a new agent for phosphating the surface of steel parts, used as a colorant in ceramic industry, used as a clarifying agent in glass industry, and can also be used as an analytical agent and preservative. The maximum allowable amount of zinc dihydrogen phosphate in food containers and packaging materials is stipulated in GB9685-2008: (1) plastic PE, PP, AS, PS, ABS, PET, PC, PA is used appropriately according to production needs; (2) The maximum amount of specific migration (SML) is 25.0mg/kg.
