Application
Morpholine is mainly used in the manufacture of rubber accelerators (such as NOBS, OTOS, and MDS), vulcanizers (such as DT-DM), detergents, descaling agents, rust inhibitors, anti-scorch agents, preservatives, surfactants, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, optical bleaching agents, chemical plating solutions, antioxidants, hydrolyzing agents, initiators, developers, fruit preservatives, deodorants, brightening and polishing agents, and organic solvents. It is a chemical with a wide range of uses. Its applications in medicine, pesticides, veterinary drugs, petroleum, and extraction of coking aromatics have also been continuously developed and put into production. Morpholine is widely used in foreign countries for anti-corrosion and descaling, metal cleaning and maintenance, especially anti-corrosion and anti-rust in high-temperature steam environments. It is also widely used for descaling in the field of boiler maintenance. Due to the chemical properties of morpholine, it has become one of the fine petrochemical products with important commercial uses and is widely used.
