It is mainly used in the production of rubber vulcanization accelerator, surfactant, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, medicine and pesticide synthesis. Morpholine is also used as catalyst, corrosion inhibitor and optical bleaching agent for CIS butadiene polymerization. Morpholine is also a solvent for dyes, resins, waxes, gums, casein, etc. Morpholine salts are also widely used, such as morpholine hydrochloride, which are intermediates of organic synthesis; morpholine fatty acid salt can be used as coating agent of fruit or melon vegetable epidermis, which can appropriately inhibit radical respiration and prevent water volatilization and epidermal atrophy. Due to its unique chemical properties, morpholine has become one of the fine petrochemical products with important commercial uses.
