Applications:
Benzyl salicylate is GB2760-1996 permitted use of edible flavor. Mainly used to prepare apricot, peach, banana, raspberry and other flavors. As a solvent for fragrances, especially nitromusk, artificial musk and floral fragrances; Antiseptic. It is often used as a co-solvent and a good fixing agent for floral and non-floral fragrances. Applicable to carnation, ylang Ylang, jasmine, fragrant Loran, lily of the valley, lilac, tuberose, flowers and other flavors. It can also be used in very small amounts in apricot, peach, plum, banana, pear and other edible flavors.
