The product is a long-term sulfonamide drug.For the enzyme production staphylococcus aureus, s. pyogenes, streptococcus pneumoniae, e. coli, klebsiella bacteria genera, salmonella, shigella genus enterobacteriaceae bacteria, bacteria neisseria gonorrhea, neisseria meningitidis, and h. influenzae has antibacterial effect.Sulfa drugs for broad-spectrum antibacterial agent. Its mechanism of action is structurally similar to aminobenzoic acid (PABA), can be competitive effect on bacteria and PABA dihydrofolate synthetase, preventing PABA folic acid as raw materials needed for the bacteria, reduce the amount of folic acid which metabolic activity, while the latter is the bacteria and the synthesis of purines and thymine nucleotides deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) required material, thus inhibiting the growth of bacteria.
