Characteristics Rubber accelerator DPG is bitterness, and soluble in alcohol, acetone and benzene, slightly soluble in tetrachloromethane. The density is 1.12~1.20g/cm3. DPG keeps stable when it is exposed to open air.
Applications Rubber accelerator DPG is used as middle-speed accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber, and also as activator for thiazole, thiuram and sulfonamide accelerator. Mainly used in manufacturing tyre, rubber slab, rubber shoes etc. these have good ageing resistance properties. DPG is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 3-4.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 25Kg/bag.
Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlight.
Safety and toxicity Refer to the MSDS.
