Characteristics Rubber accelerator DOTG is bitter and odorless, soluble in alcohol, acetone, chloroform, slightly soluble in benzene, and insoluble in water and gasoline. The relative density is 1.01~1.02.
Applications DOTG will result in low curing start-up and speed, and cause seriously curing reversion if used independently, so it needs combination with effective accelerator. DOTG obtains synergistic effect and secondary accelerating effect when combined with thioalcohol, sulfonamide, thiuram and dithiocarbamate. It can improve crosslink density, curing speed and mechanical property and ageing resistance of vulcanized rubber. DOTG is mainly used for vulcanizing acrylate rubber and non-blooming.
Packaging Coextruded paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight 20Kg/bag.
Storage Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from sunlight.
Safety and toxicity Refer to the MSDS.
