Applications
UV Absorber 234 is particularly effective for resins that require high temperature processing, such as polycarbonate, polyester, polyoxymethylene, polyamide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene oxide, thermoplastic tight urethane and polyurethane fiber. 234 has the characteristics of low volatility, strong light absorption and good compatibility with different substrates. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for high surface area products, such as films and fibers. When applied to waste materials, 234 is recommended for use in automotive coatings, coil coatings and powder coatings. UV Absorber 234 is more ideal when used in combination with hindered light stabilizers. The compound formula can provide better protection for the coating, including preventing the coating from discoloration, loss of gloss, cracking, bubbles, and separation from the substrate.
Storage
UV Absorber 234 is stable in nature and has no special requirements; pay attention to moisture-proof and avoid high temperature.
Recommended Concentrations
0.15%~0.60% (the specific amount to be added is subject to the actual application of the customer).
