Biotin anti-mouse CD28 Biotin是以anti-mouse CD28为制得的anti-mouse CD28 Biotin抗体，可以特异性结合mouse CD28。CD28是T淋巴细胞表面表达的共刺激分子，对T细胞的活化起到重要作用。它与APC（抗原递呈细胞）上的B7分子结合，介导T细胞的共刺激并促进其存活、增殖以及产生细胞因子。
