StemXVivo Serum-Free Dendritic Cell Base Media(250 ML)是无血清树突状细胞基础培养基培养基成分确定不含血清成分可用于树突状细胞的体外培养。
树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)因其表面具有星状多形性或树枝状突起而得名,是科学家Ralph M.Steinman于1973年首先发现的。DC尚无特异性细胞表面分子标志,主要通过形态学、组合性细胞表面标志、在混合淋巴细胞反应中能激活初始T细胞等特征进行鉴定。
StemXVivo Serum-Free Dendritic Cell Base Media (250 ML)用于小鼠骨髓源未成熟及成熟树突状细胞培养及其上清液中细胞因子水平变化的研究。
利用改良son法体外培养未成熟DC及成熟DC细胞,分析比较两种细胞培养上清液中IL-23、IL-35的表达量,探讨IL-23、IL-35在DC细胞的正性免疫应答及免疫耐受机制中的意义,为MS的治疗寻求新的方向。
