A method of preparing a synthetic 2,4,6-trimethyl-2,4,6-triphenylcyclotrisiloxane, comprising the steps as follows:
(1) adding methylphenyl dianisoxysilane and pure water at a mass ratio of I:0. I~I to a reaction vessel for hydrolysis reaction, hydrolysis temperature of 60C~200C, stirring, and constantly evaporating the mixture of methanol and water produced by the reaction. When the density of the evaporated liquid reaches 0.9~lg/ml, stop evaporation, reflux 0.5~4h, and separate out the lower oil phase hydrolysate;
(2) Move the oil phase hydrolysate obtained in step (I) into the reactor for dewatering under reduced pressure, and dewatering of low-boiling materials, with the pressure ranging from -0.05MPa to -0.098MPa, and the temperature ranging from 80C to 200C, and the time from 0.5h to 8h ;
(3) Add the oil phase hydrolysate into the reaction vessel for hydrolysis reaction at the temperature of 60C~200C, stirring, and continuously evaporating the mixture of methanol and water produced by the reaction. 0.5h~8h;
(3) After dehydration and stripping out the low-boiling material, continue to raise the temperature, and distill the methyl phenyl cyclosiloxane under reduced pressure, with the temperature range of 200C~400C, and the pressure range of -0.098MPa~-0.0999MPa, and collect the methyl phenyl cyclosiloxane fraction.
