Dansyl-L-leucine cyclohexylammonium salt is a fluorogenic amino acid for proteomics research. Its separation of ion pair enantiomers and free dansyl leucine can be done by liquid chromatography with beta-cyclodextrin stationary phase and effects of competitive-binding mobile phase additive.
