For cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, there are tea polyphenol capsules; for leukopenia, there are tea juice tablets (made from the boiling water extract of green tea); and for sore throats, there are tea polyphenol lozenges. In healthcare, there are various health teas, such as "TV tea" to prevent television radiation and slimming teas. In cosmetics, there are tea polyphenol sunscreens, tea polyphenol skin creams, tea polyphenol cooling shower gels, tea-based deodorants, and anti-caries toothpaste. Abroad, green tea extracts have been used to create various single-ingredient and multi-ingredient preparations, such as the liquid tea bags produced by the French company Arkopharma, used as appetite suppressants for weight loss.
