一般步骤：将D-乳酸甲酯（5.1g，48.99mmol）、二氯甲烷（50mL）、咪唑（5g，75mmol）和叔丁基二甲基氯硅烷（8.85g，58.79mmol）的混合物在室温下搅拌2小时。反应完成后，将混合物用水稀释，并用二氯甲烷萃取三次。合并有机层，用无水硫酸钠干燥，减压浓缩。通过中压液相色谱（MPLC）纯化残余物，以5%乙酸乙酯的石油醚溶液为洗脱剂，得到(R)-2-((叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷基)氧基)丙酸甲酯（10.67g，产率100%），为无色油状物。
