Suspected human
carcinogen producing liver tumors. An
experimental teratogen. Human systemic
effects by ingestion: dyspnea, nausea or
vomiting, and fever. Experimental
reproductive effects. Used as an oral
contraceptive. When heated to
decomposition it emits acrid smoke and
irritating fumes.
