Ammonia and sodium hydroxide solution were placed in a container and cooled to 0C in an ice bath; under the condition of 0C in the container ice bath, sodium hydroxide solution was added to ammonia, and ammonia gas was passed through to produce a phase I solution; subsequently, the catalyst and p-chlorobenzaldehyde were added to chloroform, and the phase II solution was produced by oscillation; under the condition of the ice bath, phase I solution was added continuously to the phase II solution, and sodium saccharin was added at the same time; the container was transferred to the condition of the water bath , ammonium bicarbonate was added and allowed to stand after completion; the reaction was concentrated and p-chlorophenylglycine was precipitated.
