(Z-DEVD)2-Rh 110 (trifluoroacetate salt)

(Z-DEVD)2-Rh 110 is a fluorogenic substrate for caspase-3.1 Upon enzymatic cleavage by caspase-3, rhodamine 110 (Item No. 19061) is released and its fluorescence can be used to quantify caspase-3 activity. Rhodamine 110 displays excitation/emission maxima of 496/520 nm, respectively.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
