O. tenuicaule, Citrus medica var. acida (C. aurantifolia), Cinnomomum kanahirai; Citrus limonia form California;
Illicium verum; French lavender (Lavendula vera). Also found in ginger and carrot.
γ-Bisabolene (Mixture of Isomers), is a sesquiterpene and can be extracted from?oregano and other aromatic plants. It may be a potential anticancer agent that can induce apoptosis in A549 cancer cell line.
It finds use in artificial oil of bergamot, myrrh and lemon, and is an excellent fixative for neroli bases. It performs well in soap and acts as a stable fixative.
