9H-Purine, 2-chloro-9-Methyl-6-(4-Morpholinyl)- can be obtained from 2,6-dichloro-9H-purine as raw material by first nucleophilic substitution with morpholine to obtain 2-chloro-6-(morpholin-4-yl)-9H-purine, and then methylated.
