Propargyl-PEG4-t-butyl ester

Propargyl-PEG4-t-butyl ester enables the formation of a stable triazole linkage with azide compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be hydrolyzed under acidic conditions.

Propargyl-PEG4-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Propargyl-PEG4-Boc is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
