Cy7 amine is a functionalized cyanine dye containing a free amine group, which can be conjugated with a variety of functionalities, including NHS esters, and epoxides. Cyanine7 is a far red dye ideal for live organism imaging and applications requiring low fluorescence background.
Uses
Cyanine 7-amine (chloride hydrochloride) can be used to label cationic nanoparticles (NPs) or to NP conjugates (NPCs). It can track the residence time and clearance of nanoparticles in the body[1].
