8-Chloro-ATP, an ATP (HY-B2176) analog, is a topoisomerase II (Topo II) inhibitor. 8-Chloro-ATP inhibits DNA synthesis and induces DNA double-stranded breaks (DSBs). 8-Chloro-ATP inhibits Topo II-catalyzed ATP hydrolysis[1].
