Filter to collect the solids and wash with water, adjust the pH=7.5-8.0 with sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution, add carbon, and stir for 30 min. Filter the mixture to collect the filtrate and adjust pH=3 with sulfuric acid. Finally, the solids are filtered and collected, and product Δ2-Cefepime is obtained by washing and drying.
