If left exposed to air for more than 120 minutes, 3-INDOXYL PHOSPHATE DISODIUM SALT will turn to blue then black within 6 hours. Water soluble.
3-INDOXYL PHOSPHATE DISODIUM SALT is incompatible with oxidizing agents. 3-INDOXYL PHOSPHATE DISODIUM SALT is hydrolyzed rapidly by alkaline phosphatase to form a compound which is readily oxidized in solution by ambient oxygen under basic environment.
ACUTE/CHRONIC HAZARDS: When heated to decomposition 3-INDOXYL PHOSPHATE DISODIUM SALT emits toxic fumes of nitrogen oxides, phosphoric acid, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
Flash point data for 3-INDOXYL PHOSPHATE DISODIUM SALT are not available; however, 3-INDOXYL PHOSPHATE DISODIUM SALT is probably combustible.
