Triprolidine hydrochloride has been used as a histamine H1ligand to assess its affinity for [125I]-iodophenpropit binding sites. Furthermore, triprolidine has also been used to evaluate quantitative structure-retention relationships of antihistamine drugs chromatographed onα1-acid glycoprotein columns.
