Zardaverine is a pyridazinone derivative and a selective and dual inhibitor of PDE3 and PDE4. Zardaverine is a potent bronchiodilator in vitro. This compound has been shown to inhibit inflammatory cell function and exert a positive inotropic action on heart muscle.
