- Uses Reversible inhibitor of interleukin-1beta converting enzyme (ICE); also inhibits caspase-3 cleavage of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase
- Uses N-Acetyl-Asp-Glu-Val-Asp-al has been used as a caspase inhibitor in muscle samples, smooth muscle cells and Jurkat T-cells.
