Synthesis
3L three-necked reaction flask was added DMF (1L), 2-chloromethylpyridine hydrochloride (144.3g), sodium carbonate (243g), and reacted for half an hour at room temperature. Add ibuprofen sodium (200g), raise the temperature to 60 , reaction 24h, reduce to room temperature, filtration, reduced pressure evaporation of DMF, the residue was dissolved with dichloromethane, washed twice with water, anhydrous sodium sulfate drying, filtration, 50 evaporation to obtain 210g of the oil, the obtained oil was distilled in high vacuum (170-172 /0.133kPa) to obtain ibuprofenpyrimethamine 180g of the pure product, and the purity of HPLC was 99.9%, the purity of ibuprofenpyrimethamine was 99.9%. The HPLC purity was 99.7%.
