Catonic Yellow X-8GL

Uses

Catonic Yellow X-8GL is used for dyeing acrylic and blended fabrics, primarily for dyeing loose acrylic fibers, slivers, and yarns. It can also dye diacetate and chlorofibers, and can be directly printed on acrylic fabrics. Used alone, it dyes a pale yellow; when combined with Cationic Turquoise Blue GB, it can be blended to dye a vibrant green. It is often combined with Cationic Red X-GRL, Cationic Blue X-GRL, or Cationic Blue X-GRRL to form the three primary colors, used for dyeing medium to deep shades of acrylic blankets and knitted fabrics, and is also used for direct printing. It is suitable for dyeing viscose-acrylic blended fabrics and rarely stains viscose fibers.

Properties and Applications

colourful green light yellow. Tan powder. Slightly soluble in cold water, 40 ℃ when solubility of 10 g/L. A green light yellow acrylic dyeing colourful, tungsten light in a red. If in 120 ℃ dyeing, color is dark. Dyeing copper ions in colour and lustre micro have change, encounter iron ion discoloration. Compatibility value of 3.5. Used in acrylic dyeing, also used for modification polyester dyeing. In acrylic fabric can be directly on printing and discharge printing color.
