Description
ML-192 is an antagonist of GPR55 (IC
50 = 702 nM). It is selective for GPR55 over the cannabinoid (CB) receptors CB
1 and CB
2, as well as GPR35 (IC
50s = >32 μM).
Uses
ML192 is a selective ligand antagonist of GPR55. ML192 inhibits the β-arrestin trafficking, ERK1/2 phosphorylation and PKCβII translocation[1].
