Synthesis
1.Add 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (3.03 g), 1-hexadecanol (4.42 g), toluene (30 ml) and dried ion-exchange resin (1.49 g, 20 wt%) into a two-necked round flask equipped with a magnetic stirrer for 11.5 hours.2.High performance liquid chromatography is adopted to monitor the reaction and determine the component of the reaction mixture.
