Uses
CLK-IN-T3 is a high potent, selective, and stable CDC-like kinase (CLK) inhibitor with IC50s of 0.67 nM, 15 nM, and 110 nM for CLK1, CLK2, and CLK3 protein kinases, respectively. CLK-IN-T3 has anti-cancer activity[1].
Biological Activity
T3-CLK (T3) is a cell permeable, highly potent and selective cell-base stable inhibitor of CDC-like kinase (CLK) th at exhibits dose-dependent alternative splicing effects in HCT116 colorectal cancer cells. T3-CLK increases conjoined gene (CG) transcription.
