Uses
beta-Cyclocitral is used as flavoring agent, nutrient, stabilizers, surfactants and emulsifiers.
Production Methods
BETA-CYCLOCITRAL can be produced by condensation of Citral with Aniline, followed by hydrolysis and separation of
the alpha and beta isomers by fractionated
distillation.
