Antiflorazole is white odorless solid, melting point 108~112℃, vapor pressure 8.9×10-4mPa(20℃).Henry's constant 3.71×10-4 Pa-m3/mol(20℃, calculated value). Relative density 1.7(20℃). Solubility in water 0.9mg/L(20℃,pH4.5). Solubility in organic solvents (20℃ ,g/L): acetone 360, dichloromethane ≥500, n-hexane 2.5, methanol 27, toluene 270.Hydrolysis in aqueous solution DT50: 115d (pH 5), 5.5d (pH 7), 0.079d (pH 9).
Synthesis
Fenchlorazol-ethyl can be synthesized by reacting Ethyl 2-[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)hydrazinyl]-2-iminoacetate with 2,2,2-Trichloroacetyl chloride. The solvent used is Toluene.
