General Description
2-Bromo-3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propene can be added to N
2 gas in order to enhance its fire suppression efficiency.
Synthesis
(1) 1.6g of mesoporous sulfonic acid and 160g (1 mol) of liquid bromine were added to a three-necked flask with a thermometer, a gas guide tube and a reflux condenser tube, and the temperature was raised to 35 with stirring, and 91.2g (0.95 mol) of 3, 3, 3-trifluoro-propene was started to pass through the flux, which finished about 2h, the reaction was continued to be stirred at the temperature of 35 for 0.5h, and the reaction was cooled down to room temperature, the catalyst was filtered out, and the reaction liquid was obtained. The catalyst was filtered out to obtain the reaction liquid. The filtered catalyst can be reused.
(2) In a three-mouth flask with a thermometer, constant pressure dropping funnel and atmospheric distillation device, add 200g of 25% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, warm to 75 ~ 85 with stirring, dropwise addition of the reaction liquid obtained from step (1), and at the same time, distillation, receiving 32 ~ 36 fraction, to obtain the 2-bromo-3, 3, 3-trifluoropropene.
