Description
Cathepsin G inhibitor I is a potent and selective inhibitor of cathepsin G (IC
50 = 53 nM). It weakly inhibits or has no effect on related proteases, including chymotrypsin, thrombin, plasmin, trypsin, tryptase, and elastase.
