Description
Octahydrocurcumin, also known as curcumin, is a natural yellow pigment. It is extracted from the rhizome of the perennial herb turmeric (or turmeric), which has a special taste and aroma, and can also be used as a natural edible spice.

Yellow crystalline powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, derived from the rhizome of Curcuma Longa L.; the rhizome of Zinger officinale Rosc.
Uses
Octahydrocurcumin has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects.
