Sephadex^? G-25 is a gel filtration medium used in affinity chromatography, protein chromatography and gel filtration chromatography.

Sephadex^? G-25 is suitable for buffer exchange and desalting oligonucleotides for use in sequencing, PCR, and labeling applications. It was used to isolate two different peptides of Pronase E extracted from Alaska Pollack skin.
