Description
As Glasses of a common OLED host material, 4,4′-bis(N-carbazolyl)-1,1′-biphenyl(CBP) were prepared by vapor deposition at various substrate temperatures. It can be doped with molybdenum oxide (MoO3) in the hole transport material.
